A school located a short distance from Finsbury Park is in need of a strong SEN TA to join their year 4 class on a full-time basis - ASAP start. Within this class there is a girl with emotional needs that struggles to cope with being in the full class for extended periods of time. She tends to keep in her problems and the school is hoping to find someone to be a friend to her, and help her deal with some of the issues she's holding on to!

The perfect candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
*A University degree (2:1 or higher)
*Strong behaviour management
*The ability to get young people to "open up" to them
*Trustworthy & Reliable
*SEN experience
*Experience within KS2
*Ideally some youth work experience
*Calming nature
*Can do attitude
*Team player
The school is an amazing place that has been rated as Outstanding for 10+ years. It's very organised and a lot of the staff in there right now are friends outside of work as well. The school tends to cater to graduates as they feel that the students look at them as role models and hope that the students follow in their footsteps!

All Candidates that apply must have experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Key Stage 2 and have strong behaviour management techniques.
