Person Specification For this role, we seek an assertive and compassionate Teaching Assistant with prior experience working with SEN children, whether in a volunteer or paid capacity. Your willingness to actively contribute to all lessons and assist in lesson preparation for the pupil is crucial. You should possess the ability to handle challenging situations confidently with a calm and collected approach. Previous experience supporting students with Autism is essential.
