We are looking for enthusiastic teaching assistants who enjoy working with children with SEND, have a passion for learning and will put the needs of children first. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be committed to making a difference to children's lives.

We are looking for flexible and confident team players who have experience of working with children with Global Developmental Delay or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The jobs involve supporting children with SEND on a 1:1 basis, and working in partnership with a class teacher, a SENDCO and external agencies.


You will have:
-Experience of working with children with Global Developmental Delay or ASC;
-A good understanding of how to modify and adapt the school day to meet the needs of an individual child;
-Experience of supporting the communication of children with communication difficulties using programmes such as PECS or Makaton;
-An ability to be flexible, positive and good humoured, proactively seeking creative ways of meeting the child's needs;
-High levels of Maths and English;
-Excellent interpersonal skills;
-Willingness to support with personal care.
