Required
* Basic literacy and numeracy skills
* Willingness to participate in a general LSA induction programme
* Experience of working with children with special education needs
* Actively enjoys working with children and has empathy with pupils and is sympathetic to their needs
* Flexible approach to tasks
* Firm, sensitive and effective approach towards pupil discipline
