Tradewind is currently seeking members of staff who would like to work within an outstanding special school based in Leighton Buzzard who caters for pupils who have social, emotional, and mental health difficulties. May pupils attend have additional special education needs such as autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.

The School has been awarded with an 'outstanding' title by Ofsted in 2015 and 2019. They support from ages 9 to 19 and works with a range of referrals from Schools in neighbouring Boroughs.

To apply for this position, you will need to meet the following criteria to secure an interview.
*Degree Qualified or completed relevant SEN qualifications
*Experience working with children and teenagers with additional needs (Min 6 months)
*Extensive knowledge on how to support individuals with ADHD, ASC and SALD
*Team Teach (restraint training, Makaton, and PECs training (highly desirable)
*Passionate, hardworking, and tenacious individual
*Able to start early in the new year on a full-time basis and commit for the full academic
*DBS or willing to complete one asap
