SANZA & Tradewind Recruitment are supporting a small 1 form entry Christian Primary school in the borough of Lewisham who are looking for a TA to support with students in Ks 1 & 2 with SEN.

As a SEN TA you will support on a 1:1 basis as well as within small groups in the classroom and outside the classroom. You will also be required to help with break times where necessary.

The school offers a wide range of experiences for all children so that everyone can have success and enjoy coming to school. They aim to encourage a love of learning from an early age, delivering an exciting curriculum. The children work within high behavioural expectations, as the school believe that is an essential foundation for effective learning. All aspects of school life are underpinned by a set of Christian values and a set of Learner Qualities, which are explicitly taught. The school teach children to value themselves, others, their community and the environment, thinking ahead to their children's place in the communities of the future.

When visitors walk around the school they comment on happy children engaged in their learning in a calm, fun environment. They take great pride in the fact that they have a happy and inclusive school in which children's voices are heard, in an atmosphere that encourages respect for everyone as well as respect for the environment.

The school are taking applications from TA's with experience in supporting children with SEN. If you are dedicated and passionate about education and want to work in a primary school then please apply to SANZA & Tradewind asap by submitting your CV to chess.maxwell@sanzateaching.com or calling 0207 845 6240
