In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Tradewind Recruitmentare looking for an enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing tailored support for children with special educational needs. Responsibilities include:
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN;
- Support the Reception teachers in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment;
- Monitor and record student progress, adjusting support strategies as needed;
- Collaborate with other teaching staff and specialists to address the unique needs of each student;
- Provide regular feedback to the class teacher and participate in team meetings.
