Tradewind are currently seeking a 1:1 EYFS Teaching Assistant to support a remarkable child with autism and non-verbal communication needs in the heart of Stockport.

Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester Daily Pay Rate: £80 - £85

Your role will include:

  • Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assisting in individualized lesson plans and activities.
  • Implementing effective communication strategies.
  • Monitoring and tracking the child's progress.
  • Collaborating with teachers and therapists to ensure a holistic approach to learning and development.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A passion for working with children and making a positive impact.
  • Experience in supporting children with special educational needs, particularly autism.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop new techniques.
