Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a two-form entry Primary School in Heywood, Rochdale to start in September until the end of the academic year. This is a full-time role with a salary of £60 per day.

To join us and be successful in this Teaching Assistant role, you will need to:

*Hold a Level 2 Qualification
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
*Provide a CV with at least 10 years employment/education history included and employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK

We are recruiting for an SEN Teaching Assistant on behalf of a primary school in Heywood.

About the role

This OFSTED 'Good' primary school is looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work within one of its KS1 classes. The successful candidate must have excellent behaviour management, a good knowledge of the National Curriculum and have prior experience of supporting students with SEN's.

The role itself will involve working within KS1, providing 1:1 support to a child with Autism. The successful candidate will be able to provide consistent support to the child, helping them to access the National Curriculum. The school are looking for somebody who has the ability to be innovative and engaging, ensuring that the children have fun whilst making progress.
