We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a fantastic SEN Primary school in Salford.

You will be working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to ensure that the students have access to an interactive and practical curriculum, while aiming to improve learning and social development. This is a great opportunity to build strong relationships with brilliant young people and work with a supportive, approachable team and management.

Your responsibilities will include:
-Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with pupils
-Providing feedback to teacher on students' progress and development
-Creating a secure and positive classroom environment
-Supervising and monitoring behaviour
-Following the individual learning plans set by the teacher

An ideal candidate may possess the following skills and capabilities:
-Be able to build positive and appropriate relationships with students and teachers
-Have a passion for working with SEN children
-Able to support the general well-being of students
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
-At least 2 references
