SEN Teaching Assistants

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to gain or develop experience within an SEN setting?
Tradewind Recruitment work closely with a large SEN school in the Sheffield area and are looking to recruit Teaching assistants to be in their supply pool for the academic year. This is an excellent opportunity to work within one of the best SEN settings in South Yorkshire, the school are also kindly making their fantastic in house CPD available to our candidates. This includes a one day Team Teach behaviour management course, Moving & Handling and Personal Care & Dignity.
The school are looking for Teaching Assistants with an caring and adaptable approach, prior experience working with children with additional needs would be desirable but the school are happy to offer on the job training.
The school provides exceptional education to children aged 11 to 19, with complex needs including Autism, Downs syndrome and Profound and Multiple learning difficulties. The school is also a teaching school with great links to other SEN settings in the region.

Essential requirements:
SEN Teaching Assistant, EYFS experience desirable, legal right to work in the UK
