In collaboration with a Skelmersdale-based primary school, Tradewind Recruitment are looking to appoint an experienced, Year 5, SEN/D Teaching Assistant. The successful applicant will be caring, patient and understand the Key Stage 2 curriculum.

We are looking for someone who:
*Will organise and maintain an inclusive learning environment, both in the classroom and outside;
*Will have experience of working with children with additional needs, particularly children who are on the autistic spectrum;
*Will provide support and facilitate independence with peers in the classroom and around school;
*Will lead interventions for individuals and groups with confidence and use their initiative;
*Will provide positive reinforcements, praise and rewards;
*Is confident to work independently and enjoys working as part of a team.
