***SEN Teaching Assistant ***delightful Down's Syndrome child*** 5 days long term****



Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting for a friendly Ofsted rated " Good" school in Tower Hamlets, to secure an exception SEN Teaching Assistant for a September 2020 start.

Long -term Rates of between £70 - £90, dependant on experience are being offered.



As the successful SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have had recent experience supporting children with Down's Syndrome, have heaps of energy and have a calm disposition. Experience of supporting children with medical needs would also be useful.

The child is non-verbal and will also be supported by a qualified speech therapist.

As one of a few SEN TAs in the school, you will be advise and work in conjunction with an experienced and supportive SENCO.

Planning will be completed by the teacher although the successful SEN TAs input will be invaluable. Good spoken and written English is therefore imperative.

Job Requirements

One to one experience, particularly with Down's Syndrome.
This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
