A fantastic East London, Independent school in the heart of Tower Hamlets is now recruiting! Are you an experienced Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistant with experience of working with children with special education needs and in particular Autism?

Are you a recent graduate who has great spoken and written English? If so, Tradewind Recruitment wants to hear from you!

This coveted 5 day a week role starts from the 27th October.

The school are offering pay rates of between £70 -£80 per day.
This non-selective feepaying school in Tower Hamlets, has Christian values and is a co-educational day school for primary aged children. It has grown to a three-form entry school since its inception in 1948. The grounds are landscaped which include climbing frames and an astroturf sports' court.

Tradewind Recruitment already have four long-term Teaching Assistants at the school, and they speak very highly about senior management and colleagues. The children are hard-working and aspirational - parents are encouraging and have high expectations of their children's learning.

As the successful SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting a child with high functioning Autism. This delightful child is bright and doesn't have behaviour difficulties.
The school is close to Victoria Park and Regent's Canal in East London, accessible by the District line.

The school are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants with the following qualities:
*Recent experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly with Autism.
*A graduate (not essential but preferred)
*Good presentation and excellent written and spoken English
*The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*Sympathy to the ethos of the school

Job Requirements
*Experience of working with children particularly with Autism.
*This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

*You must have the legal right to work in the UK
