Role Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:
- Relevant experience working with students with SEN, preferably within an educational setting is an advantage but an upbeat and positive mindset is key
- The ability to support students effectively and demonstrate an understanding of different types of SEN
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a strong academic background
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards supporting students' well-being
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
