About the School - Learning Support Worker
Tradewind are excited to be working in partnership with an Alternative Provision based in Oxford. The team in this school assist students overcome the daily struggles that they come across with learning and engaging within a lesson which in turn affects their success and grades. This schoolwork on building self-esteem, capacity and confidence in each of their students to give them the very best experience when learning, Learning takes place in small supported groups of 6-8 pupils with a variety of talented staff and an excellent support team.

Role requirements - Learning Support Worker
- Experience working with SEN students at all ages and all levels, psychology graduates welcome to apply
- Comfortable working 1-1 with or in small groups of 6
- Commitment to work with the school for at least the rest of the academic year as consistency is key for these pupils and the school
