As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide personalised support to children with SEN and work with small groups. ***Monday - Friday (Term Time only) 8:30 - 4:30pm

Tradewind is currently collaborating with a wonderful community Primary School in Wisbech, searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible. With a highly hospitable team of staff, you will flourish in this setting and enhance your abilities in working with children in an academic context. Amid internal growth, this school is seeking experienced LSAs to assist teachers in every class, guaranteeing equal access to the curriculum for each child.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Adhere to the EHCP/IEP of each child
  • Offer personalised and individualised support according to the children's requirements
  • Establish a secure and caring learning atmosphere
  • Conduct small group and one-on-one interventions for students facing challenges in their academic progress

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Prior background in assisting students with SEN
  • A dedicated commitment to aiding individuals with special educational needs
  • A patient and composed demeanour
  • Adaptable and flexible in evolving situations
