Strong behaviour management: The ideal candidate will be skilled in implementing effective behaviour management strategies, creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Small class sizes: With a focus on individualized learning, the school maintain small class sizes (6-8 pupils) to provide the attention and care that every child deserves.
