The headteacher of this friendly school is keen to recruit a teaching assistant who has a positive mindset and will be able to work alongside staff in the school to support a boy in year 3 who has communication and behavioural difficulties.

Previous experience, working with pupils with complex behavioural needs is needed for this role. The pupil needing support has suspected Autism so any experience working with pupils with Autism is highly desirable. An understanding and training in PEC's, Teach or Team Teach would be helful for this role.

Has previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural and SEN
Has an engaging, confident approach
Able to communicate, and build positive relationships with pupils, parent and staff
