The ideal candidate must be experienced, enthusiastic, confident and calm with good behaviour management skills.

The Role
A well -established primary school is The London Borough of Lambeth are recruiting for an experienced SEN TA. You will be working one to one with a challenging year 3 child with autism and global delay. The child tends to be disruptive and has a low attention span therefore they require someone with strong behaviour management skills that can help the child to stay focused. There is an educational health care plan (EHCP) of which you will be supported by an outstanding class teacher with over 10 years' experience. The school has a good resource centre with a recently refurbished sensory room.

Requirements for the Role:
The school will only consider candidates that have worked as a SEN TA in mainstream school. You must have a minimum of at least 2 years' experience. If you are passionate about moving children forward and thereby making a real and sustained difference Someone with great interpersonal skills, communicating effectively with students, staff and parents
Rate of Pay and Working hours £80 per day Working hours of 08.30am -15:45pm
