Talented SEN / SEND / Special Needs Maths Teacher Central Birmingham

Tradewind Recruitment are looking to recruit a talented (SEN) teacher for one of our partner schools in Birmingham. The school has a nurturing environment which prides itself on our inclusive family ethos. Staff work hard here to make sure children are happy, well cared for and that they reach the highest standards possible. The school wants the best for their children they know that children achieve more when parents and school work together. They are looking for a likeminded Teacher to join their Maths Department.
The school is a great place to work and a great place for pupils to learn. The school specialise in teaching pupils with moderate learning difficulties and autism. They are equipped with great resources and facilities to help support learning.
The school is located just out side of Birmingham City Centre - with reliable and close transport links and a large onsite free carpark.

About the role:
*Full time working 5 days per week, Commencing September 2019
*Working with small groups of students providing first class teaching & development support
*To promote student inclusion & ensure equal opportunities for all students
*Competitive salary depending with experience including and an SEN allowance

The ideal candidate will have the following:
*Previous experience as a Maths teacher within (SEN) *
*Experience working with students with MLD and autism
*Good communication skills
*A creative teaching style
*Ability to use their own initiative
*Passion to make a difference
*Ambition for themselves & their students
