Sanza Teaching Agency is looking to recruit experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to work one to one with pupils with various learning difficulties and needs. The roles will start as soon as the schools re-open after lockdown. There could be opportunities to start sooner dependant on the schools requirements.

Pupils can have a range of social, emotional and behavioural issues and will need one to one support to help keep pupils engaged in the learning and to keep their behaviour on track throughout the day. There will be support from the class teachers and SENCO to develop strategies, routines and lessons suited to pupils needs.

Sanza Teaching Agency is looking for:

• Previous experience supporting a pupil with special educational needs
• the ability to build trusting, caring relationships while managing behaviour effectively
• Previous experience in working with early years aged children would be an advantage
• Recent Team Teach training is an advantage
