Role Responsibilities: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for leading interventions such as phonics, speech and language, and OT groups. You will be supporting children from Year 1 to Year 6, ensuring they receive tailored assistance to thrive academically and socially. Your expertise in running interventions will play a crucial role in helping our students reach their full potential.
Ideal Candidate: We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience running interventions, particularly in phonics, speech and language, and OT groups.
- Is patient, empathetic, and understanding, with a passion for working with children with special educational needs.
- Is proactive and can adapt teaching methods to meet individual students' needs.
- Has excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and external specialists.
