The school offers children an opportunity to learn through personalised learning methods that build confidence, life skills, and learning development.

Requirements for the role:

• Have a genuine interest in working with children with additional needs such as Autism, SEMH, and Communication needs.
• Have good written and communication skills.
• Be committed to fostering a positive, encouraging, and supportive environment that pupils can thrive in.
• Ideally have some experience working with children or adults with additional needs.

The role can be challenging but also very rewarding! This position can be short-term or long-term depending on your needs. Daily rates are £75 - £85 per day (depending on experience).
