Position: One-to-One SEND Tutor

Location: Medway Towns

Key Responsibilities:

• Create personalised learning plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
• Deliver one-to-one tuition sessions, delivering engaging and effective lessons to support academic and personal development.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure continual improvement.
• Collaborate: Work closely with parents and other professionals to provide comprehensive support for each child.

Qualifications:

• Relevant teaching/tutoring experience; SEND experience is preferable but not essential.
• Knowledge of different learning styles and strategies for children with SEND.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each child.
