Tradewind are recruiting on behalf of one of our Liverpool secondary schools who are looking for a full-time Senior Human Resources Manager. The role is to start in September and is a permanent position.
This full-time position will pay up to £38,223 per year, 37 hours per week.
You will need to be CIPD qualified.

You will be required to provide day to day support to the Trust and the HR Team whilst reporting to the Director of HR
You will require a strong HR background with thorough knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and the statutory requirements within the education sector.

- CIPD qualified
- Strong HR background
- Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one.

- Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
- Legal right to work in the UK.
