*An opportunity has arisen for a Sociology teacher to join this 11-18 academy school, recently graded a 'Good' Ofsted school from September 2019.
*Located in Barnet, North London, the school have 1500 students on roll. In 2015, the school also opened a primary phase.
*The school is diverse with a high proportion of students at this school who are eligible for free school meals. There is a culture of high expectations within the school.
*You would join a school with strong leadership and systems in place for improving the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
*For Newly Qualified Teachers, the school will support, train and help you on your journey to become the best teacher you can be.

About the Role:
*This secondary school is looking for a Sociology teacher to teach through Years 10 - 13. You will be paid on the Outer London Main Pay Scale £27596 - £43348.
*The Sociology teacher must have recent experience of teaching their own classes as well as planning lessons. Newly qualified teachers with a passion for Sociology and enthusiasm for teaching are also encouraged to apply.
*The joining teacher would be supported by other experienced teachers and an exceptional Head of Department.
