Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Spanish Teacher to work in a lovely mixed secondary school to start either immediately or from Easter 2019.

This particular school has good leadership and management, which has maintained good quality of education. The current Head Teacher has been at the school for the last 6 years and have created great vision and a clear sense of direction for the school. A parent testified and said 'I cannot speak highly enough of the dedication, skills and expertise my daughter experiences at this school.'

The school provides a calm and orderly environment and pupils have very positive attitudes towards their learning. Most pupils and parents agree that the school is safe and that pupils are well looked after. Most pupils have noted that bullying and racism are rare and that staff are very supportive in these rare cases which tend to never escalate.
This school is based on the outskirts of Redbridge, East London and is easily accessible on the central line, about 15 minutes from Stratford Station. However, the school have an accessible car park for staff, so could be easily commutable for drivers.
The school are now in need of effective and exceptional practitioners to marry up with their vigour for exceptional achievements in KS3, GCSE and A Level.

Responsibilities for this Spanish Teacher role would include;
*Teaching KS3, KS4 & KS5 Spanish
*Planning, marking, assessment and data input in line with school policy and practice
*Mock and any exam prep marking
*Attending department meetings and planned school meetings
*Attending parent consultation meetings
*Supporting the Raising Standards drive - for example taking intervention classes
*Producing enjoyable and stimulating lessons to keep students engaged
Requirements for you as a Spanish Teacher include;
*Holding a QTS holder (or equivalent teaching qualification)
*BA Hons degree in Spanish (or equivalent)
*Having an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance and previous professional references that are at an average of Good or above
*Having a legal right to work in the UK
