As the appointed Spanish Teaching Assistant, you must be able to be able to speak, read and write Spanish as you will be required to provide in class support within Spanish lessons.

As a Teaching Assistant specialising in Spanish, you will be required to provide support 13 - 18-year-old students with low learning ability. You will also be supporting students with ASD, ADHD and mild challenging behaviour on a 1:1 basis.

This non-teaching support role is a great way to gain experience and help you to understand different abilities and work with different experienced teachers! A positive and motivated applicant would be an excellent addition to the school!


This role is available on a long-term supply starting ASAP until the end of the academic year (July 2021) for the right candidate. Interested applicants must be able to speak, read and write Spanish at an advance level and communicate well with students.
