A great special school in Redditch for children with Severe Learning Difficulties, Mild Learning Difficulties and ASC requires an engaging SEND specialist teacher to start September 2020 (must have UK QTS).

The school are looking for someone who is creative, adaptable, naturally caring and a strong team player. You will need to be able to plan and deliver engaging lessons, whilst leading a team of dedicated teaching assistants. The school are fully supportive and able to offer guidance where needed.

The school is a lovely place to work, the team are fantastic and there is a real dedication for the development and enrichment of the children who attend. The class you will be expected to teach in is made up of 8 children with complex needs, 4 members of support and a personal care assistant.

To be considered you will need :

* UK QTS
* SEN / SEND teaching experience.

* To be conscientious and enthusiastic at all times

* To have positive and motivational teaching technique

* And be happy working on a one to one basis with the children

* Be an excellent communicator
