Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a friendly, fun and enthusiastic TA / LSA who has experience working with SEND pupils either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis. We are currently working with a large school in the heart of Dudley, who require Support for some of their most vulnerable pupils to start in September.

The successful SEN TA / SEN LSA will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties or EHCP's. With support from other members of staff, activities will be set by the teacher, and you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.

Visual Impairment (VI)

The school we are working closely with are looking for someone who can support their pupils with a range of needs. Therefore, no matter how large or small your experience supporting in the classroom and with SEND we would like to hear from you!

We want Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants who can support children in a variety of lessons.
A committed professional, who has previous experience working with children. Experience with special needs would be advantageous but not essential.
A lively and caring individual who will support groups of children and act as a 1:1 support when needed.
