Tradewind is currently seeking recent graduates who come from a sports coaching background and would like a full-time position in a local School supporting pupils with SEMH difficulties (will accept non-sports related applicants).

We are currently working with Schools in Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough and Northampton who require individuals who have worked with primary and secondary aged pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties.

To be considered for the positions we have available, we are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Degree qualified
• GCSE A-C in Math's, Science and English
• Effective communicator, team player and someone who wants to make a real difference to pupils' lives.
• Experience and knowledge of working with SEMH pupils
• Strong behaviour management
• Sports coaching background
• Coaching qualifications (desirable)
• Team Teach, Makaton, Pecs or other SEN courses completed (desirable)
• Within a commutable distance to the areas mentioned
• Flexible and happy to travel to the School/position best suited to you and the pupils needs
• Available full-time/immediately (notice period under 2 weeks)
• Can commit for at least the rest of the academic year
• DBS on the update service or willing to complete asap
