Key Responsibilities:

  • Sports Coaching: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging sports and physical education lessons for students of varying abilities.

  • Behaviour Management: Maintain a positive and orderly environment during sports activities, promoting good behaviour and sportsmanship.
  • Support Learning: Work closely with other teachers and staff to integrate physical education into the broader curriculum.
  • Event Coordination: Organise and oversee school sports events, competitions, and extracurricular activities.


  • Experience: Previous experience as a sports coach or in a similar role within an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Coaching Skills: Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.
