Sports Coach

Are you an experienced sports coach or trainer with school experience looking for a school based role with a view of progressing onto teacher training? Perhaps you're currently working part time and are looking for a supportive environment that can also offer routes into teacher training and Qualified Teacher Training?

Tradewind is proud to be supporting one of the counties most popular and well run schools who require a full-time Sports coach or PE Teacher / instructor to support their department on a full time basis.

*** £80 to £150per day - January 2024 or Immediate Start

*** Further training and routes into teacher training available or those who excel

This is a well run and popular school with parents and staff alike. The school has a long History of success and a great ofsted result from 2021. Now looking for additional support in the PE team the school are keen to meet with staff who can lead, engage and inspire. With the option to start ASAP or from January the school are looking for instructors or teachers with coaching, youth work or school experience.

We are looking for:

• Coaches with a minimum 3 months experience working with children in the last 2 years
• Experience or working alongside or coaching pupils from secondary age
• Good behaviour management
• The ability to act as a consistent role model and to lead by example to motivate pupils
• Can commit for the remainder of the academic year
