*Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for Sports coaches/Sports graduates in Frome with experience of working with young people in a sports capacity or school experience. We have many roles in and around Frome area and looking to recruit Sports coaches and graduates to work in our schools. These positions vary from part-time to full time, short-term to long-term basis, paying up to £70 a day.

We are recruiting on behalf of SEN schools around Frome, which caters for students from 5 to 19. The schools cater for young people with additional needs principally in the areas associated with Severe Learning Difficulties. Many might have autism and some high sensory requirements. All young people attending these schools have official statements of SEN (Special Educational Needs) or EHCPs (Education and Health Care Plan). Most of our client schools are rated as 'Good' educational providers and delivering promising outcomes for students in the local area.

They tend to provide the small, specialist learning environments which meet pupils' not only education but also medical, social and care needs. The ideal candidates will support young people within the classroom in the capacity of Teaching assistant and support the teacher of the class as well as using their academic skills in Sports to build rapport and come up with creative activities. You must be a Sports graduate or Sports coach with previous experience of working with young people in schools or after school clubs or sports clubs.

Most of these schools are based in Frome and border of Bath, with good public transport links and ample on site and on street parking spaces available. They are within easy reach from areas such as Bath, Trowbridge and Bristol.

To join us and be successful in these supply roles around Frome, you will need to:
*Have experience working with children in a school, care or sports setting.
* And ideally have Sports qualifications or experience of coaching. The work will not always or at all involve sports coaching but it will involve working as a teaching assistant.
** Must be willing to work as a teaching assistant on a supply or long-term basis.
*Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
*Have a CV covering at least 10 years employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
*Have the legal right to work in the UK
