You will be working as a supply teacher in a primary age classroom on a daily supply basis, working alongside Teaching Assistants, delivering pre-planned cover lessons to a range of pupils from different catchments and with differing ability levels so the ability to deliver clear, concise and engaging lessons is vital.
These supply roles are ideal for NQT's or RQT's as they allow you to "try before you buy" - giving you the chance to experience a range of different schools so you know which type of school would suit you best before committing to a permanent role!
Many of our supply roles develop organically into ongoing PPA roles or Part time class teacher roles, as our supply teachers develop exceptional relationships with the staff at our partner schools.
We offer daily supply work to fit around existing commitments, so if you are returning to teaching following a break or are looking to reduce your existing workload, then this could be the perfect role for you.
In order to qualify for this role, you need:
*Experience working in a primary school
*Good Knowledge of the curriculum
*Have a DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to undertake a new one
*A calm and patient approach
*The desire to improve EVERY child's education
