We are recruiting! Tradewind are working with a larger than average secondary school in Lincoln, looking for a regular supply teacher to provide continuity when teachers are absent.

Ideally, we are looking for a qualified teacher who is available for work on a flexible basis, averaging at 3 days per week. This work will be flexible, and will involve covering a range of subjects, so we are looking for a confident and adaptable practitioner. There will be no planning and marking involved in this role, so this is an ideal position for those who are looking for a positive work life balance. This is an ongoing position throughout the year. At some times the work will be more frequent (5 days per week) and at certain points of the year it may be less frequent. The school is especially in need of PE cover, so we are especially interested to hear from PE teachers or teachers who are happy to cover PE.

The school has a strong behaviour management policy and are looking for a practitioner who can become part of the fabric of the school and fit in well with their vision and ethos.

We are looking for:
*An experienced practitioner that has experience in schools
*A personable practitioner who can build strong relationships with different groups of students
*A teacher/educator who can follow behaviour management policies
*A teacher who enjoys different subjects and has a natural enthusiasm

You will be teaching a range of different subjects, but will not need to plan for any, so we are looking for a teacher who has flexibility and confidence. Any subject specialism will be considered, so long as the candidate applying is looking for continuous growth and development.

The school is accessible and has an onsite car park with plenty of parking. A candidate that The school is in easy commutable distance from: Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Brigg, Lincoln, Market Rasen and Louth, making it an excellent position to apply for.

As there is no planning or making associated with this position, a candidate can expect to earn between £100 and £150 per day for this role.
