Tradewind are currently recruiting for an excellent supply teacher to add to our bank, and are looking for teachers who can work on a full time or part time basis. We are looking for a practitioner that has access to their own transport, and is available on short notice or on a pre-booked basis. Working exclusively with a medium sized school on the outskirts of Grimsby, the school are looking for a practitioner who can become part of the fabric of the school, and be a consistent source for the students. We are looking for a teacher/cover supervisor with excellent behaviour management, who can work across a number of subject areas. Tradewind operate with excellent rates of pay, and supply teachers can expect to earn between £110.00 and £140.00 per day for daily supply work.


The School in question is a medium sized school situated in an idyllic country setting about 25 minutes away from Grimsby. It is easily commutable from: Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Brigg and Lincoln, making it an ideal school for supply teachers to visit. Supply procedures in the school are excellent, and teachers coming in (even at short notice) can expect to be welcomed and sent on their way with minimum complications. Being below average in size, you will get to know the students on a more person level, meaning you will feel less like a 'supply teacher' and more like a member of staff and a member of the family.
