Tradewind are recruiting! Are you a Supply teacher looking for regular, flexible work around Market Rasen?


Tradewind are currently working in partnership with an excellent school in Market Rasen who are in need of regular, flexible cover in a variety of different subject areas. We are looking for a teacher who is capable of providing flexible cover across a range of different subjects. The behaviour at the school is very good, but we are still looking for a teacher who can come in and manage behaviour well. The work can be pre-booked in, or can be called up in the morning. Usually, the calls can come in anywhere between 7:45 and 8:30AM, and due to the rural location of the school, we are looking for a practitioner who can drive, and is ready to go at a 'moments notice'. We are looking for a fully qualified teacher of any specialism, so long as you are happy working outside of your specialism. No planning and marking is required for this role, you will simply be delivering pre-prepared work. On occasion, you may need to 'think on your feet', if cover has been organised in a rush, so ideally we are looking for someone who is not deterred by having changes to their day. Realistically, we can offer approximately 2 days per week (more during busy times) at this school, but we do work with other schools in the local area. Payment for this work will be between £110.00 and £140.00 per day, being paid more for covering your specialism. We are looking for somebody who can start straight away, with the idea of working on a flexible basis in January.


The School in question is a large school with a boarding house attached. This is a truly unique school and one that is truly a joy to work in. Having worked with this school in numerous short term and long term vacancies, all teachers who work there have truly enjoyed the experience, and regularly ask if they can go back! Your typical working hours would be 8:30 - 3:30PM. Lessons are an hour long, meaning you have the opportunity to really get into the subjects and explore topics.
