Tradewind Recruitment are inundated with supply work for secondary teacher and are currently looking for Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors in lovely East London Secondary Schools immediately.

Supply Teachers can provide a vital service to schools during times of need:

Flexibility
As a supply teacher, you are provided with the flexibility that regular classroom teachers don't have. You are in charge of the days you want to work, and can take holidays as and when you wish. This type of work allows you to mould the job to suit your needs; working on a daily basis or block booking basis. You also have the benefit of being paid weekly too.

Work-Life Balance
You would find that there are general complaints about the workload of teaching. However, with supply teaching work your days are simple. You would usually start at 8:30am and finish at 3:30pm/4pm, with no responsibilities of planning or marking any work or attending any extracurricular events. This leaves you with the rest of the evening to yourself!

Local Schools
You have the ability to work in a number of schools in your borough and surrounding boroughs; you have the autonomy to work in schools as close or as far from your house as you want (providing you can get to the school for 8:30am). This is the beauty of such work; the variety of work gives you the exposure and vast experience within different types of schools.

You Ideally Need:
*Experience relating to supply work within the UK
*School experience
*Confidence in covering lessons in absents of teachers
*A QTS (Qualified Teachers Status) holder
*A DBS on the update service or ability to pay for a DBS through Tradewind Recruitment
