Are you a Team Teach Trained Child Support Worker in Kirkby Lonsdale area looking for a full-time position starting as soon as possible until Easter 2020 with the potential to go permanent?

Tradewind Preston are working in partnership with a 'Outstanding' School. The School are looking to recruit an experienced Level 3 Learning Support Worker to work on a 1-2-1 basis with a KS2 pupil with complex needs and personal care maybe required. The school is from Primary to Post 16 with pupils who have complex needs including autism, learning and communication difficulties and personal care maybe required.

The most recent OFSTED graded School as 'Outstanding'. At the School, they aim to ensure that they give them the necessary support to improve their confidence, self-esteem and enable them to become successful within the community.

The ideal candidate for this role will have Team Teach Training and a minimum of 6 months experience working in a SEN School environment or have worked extensively with learners with children who have complex needs including autism, learning and communication difficulties and personal care maybe required.

We are looking for:
*Excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
*Support Worker Level or Degree Qualified
*Confidence in dealing with challenging behaviour
*Experience with supporting Children with complex needs including autism, learning and communication difficulties and personal care maybe required.
*Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently
*Team Teach Trained (not essential)

After visiting the home, I was really impressed with the home. This home also encourages and healthy and active approach to everyday life. The home has a welcoming team of staff and a strong and well-structured SLT.

The home is located of the M6 and A56 which is accessible by car with free car parking.
