Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a Learning Support Assistant who will based within a school within Knowsley Pupil Referral Unit.
*Daily Rate: £67 per day
*Weekly Pay
*Knowsley

Our client is a pupil referral unit who have received funding for a 1:1 Learning Support to a pupil who has joined the school this September. The school caters for pupils of secondary age who have been excluded from mainstream education.
This child is male and 11 years old. He has overly sexualised behaviour and is currently under the care of external professionals but also requires consistent daily support on a one to one basis.

Your role will involve accompanying him to lessons and working with him during break times to build a rapport to support his social and pastoral development. As he comes from a vulnerable background, you must have previous experience working with challenging behaviours, whether this be with adults or young people.
This role is full time covering school hours. You will need to be able to start in January.
