Our Teaching Agency are working with a one form entry Roman Catholic primary school in Hackney looking to recruit a Year 5 teacher to join their close knit school community. There are 23 pupils in this mixed-ability class. Most of the planning has been done; as the class teacher you'll use Destination Reader and have the support of a colleague to deliver this.
There is also a PE, Science, Spanish and Music teachers on staff - meaning a minimum of 4 hours OFF timetable time weekly. The Principal of this primary school is determined to ensure a healthy work life balance to her staff.

The successful teacher will play a key role in providing the best possible standards of teaching and learning for their pupils.

The successful candidate must have:

* Excellent teaching and interpersonal skills * The potential to develop others effectively and work as part of a team * Highly reflective practices * Creative and new ideas with an ability to translate them into inclusive practice * High quality organisational skills * Evidence of improving student outcomes
