Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an outstanding teacher of mathematics to join an Ofsted Outstanding college in central Manchester.

The role is to cover a temporary sickness absence in the maths department as soon as possible potentially into the new year.

The Role

Teacher of A level Maths, A level Further Maths and GCSE Maths

Three to Five days a week 9am to 4pm (timetable arrangements to be arranged)

Enthusiastic maths specialist able to inspire a broad range of student studying maths to different levels.

Innovative teacher able to adapt lessons to the changing needs of students.

Experience of working in an Ofsted outstanding school or college would be beneficial.

The college are interested in hearing from early career teachers, experienced QTS teachers or FE lecturers with experience of teaching mathematics to students aged 14 to 18.

To join us and be successful in this Teacher of Mathematics role, you will need to:

• Hold QTS Status or QTLS or equivalent further education qualifications such as PGCE14+ or Certificate of Education
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional references checks
• Provide a CV with full employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained
• Have the legal right to work in the UK with no restrictions
