Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a school in central Essex who are seeking a full-time Business Studies and ICT/Computer Science teacher to join their welcoming team ASAP. The school is part of a highly successful and supportive Trust with nearly 50 schools nationally. This is an ongoing role with the school looking at an ongoing supply or temporary to permanent arrangement.

The school is proud of its excellent CPD and has a culture of sharing best practice. Once a week, students are sent home early offering staff the time to collaborate, plan and develop their teaching. They are able to consider applications for NQT's and those with experience. This is a great chance to join a dynamic school and work alongside a hard-working and supportive team of staff. This position would suit a passionate, dedicated and resilient Business Studies and Computing teacher eager to achieve.

The successful Business Studies and Computing teacher will be:
Able to confidently teach pupils up to A Level (in either Business, ICT or Computer Science) and ideally have a proven track record of successful exam results.
A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of their lessons through creative approaches to the curriculum.

To be successful in this Business Studies and Computing teaching role you will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.

The school is located in Chelmsford and is easily accessible by car and public transport. Onsite parking is available.
