From September 2021 Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an outstanding and inspirational Teacher of English who has proven experience of success and is ready to join a highly motivated English Faculty in a permanent basis. A TLR allowance is available for an exceptional Teacher of English or someone with suitable experience looking to take on additional leadership responsibility.

Who we're looking for:

​​​​​​​The successful candidate will have the ability to deliver quality teaching that drives achievement and inspires a love of learning. You will be able to demonstrate experience of achieving positive outcomes for pupils, as well as being passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a Teacher of English with excellent knowledge of the curriculum.
• Have QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Possess the ability to teach to GCSE standard. The ability to deliver to A-level is highly desirable but not essential.
• Have experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
• Have experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
• This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable) and professional reference checks.
• Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained.
• You must have the legal right to work in the UK.
