This client is a vibrant 11-16 school with a roll of 1500 students and has excellent facilities in all subject areas. The school has achieved a range of nationally accredited awards and is rated by Ofsted as 'Good with Outstanding Leadership and Behaviour'. Their academic results consistently improve due to our ambitious and dedicated staff; the hard work of pupils and the support of their parents.
Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a well-qualified, effective and enthusiastic of History to take over a maternity contract starting in September 2020. You must have experience teaching both Key Stage 3 & 4. This client will only consider applications from candidates with History qualifications on this occasion.
The school are looking for staff who would follow their vision to secure the highest possible academic outcomes for pupils and to build the character. Their curriculum inspires and challenges all learners and prepares them for the future. The school's aim is to develop an inspiring and coherent curriculum that further develops pupils' curiosity, enthusiasm and love for learning. A broad academic and vocational curriculum is offered with a combination of setting and mixed ability groups. The timetable will be a full-time table teaching both key Stage 3 & 4 History.
