Tradewind are currently recruiting a Teacher of Sociology 4 days a week to work in one of our client schools in Halton. The school are interested in viewing applications from both NQTs and experienced teachers. This position is expected to continue until Christmas and beyond into 2021.

For this position, you will be responsible for:
* Undertaking full class teaching Sociology to A-level
* Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of pupils, as well as on their personal and social needs
* Marking work, giving appropriate feedback and preparing students for exams in line with AQA A-level specifications

To join us and be considered for this Part Time Teacher of Sociology position you must:
* Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification;
* Have experience teaching Sociology to A-level
* This position is subject to Enhanced DBS, Overseas police check (if applicable) and satisfactory references;
* Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
* Have the legal right to work in the UK.
