*The school opened in September 2006 due to demand for secondary school placed in the area.
*In the short time, it has been open, the school has become a school of choice.
*The school is pleased with the results they receive each year. In June, 74% of students attained 9-4 grades in both English and Maths and 50% for both 9-5 grades. A level results were in the top 10% nationally.
*Citizenship is compulsory at KS4 and A level will be new to KS5 in September.

*This Secondary school is seeking a passionate class teacher who is either a UK trained NQT or a teacher with at least 1 year experience teaching in the UK.
*The teacher must be passionate about teaching politics, law and citizenship.
*This school prides itself on staff retention and is only looking for teachers who are committed for the long term as this is a permanent role, in which the school will invest in you.
*The school seeks a teacher who has a good understanding of the current educational developments, especially those relating to classroom based practice and high expectations of their students.
*The ideal teacher would hold QTS.
