The school is a 'good' school and the student behaviour is very good. Being one of our closest partnership schools we enjoy a great working relationship with the school, and candidates thoroughly enjoy working with them. The school would be excited to hear from experienced teachers, or from NQTs who are looking for their next position.
The school is a smaller than average secondary school, with a lovely cohesive feel. The school believes hugely in promoting and developing their staff with a diverse range of CPD available to them. Understanding that science is a hugely valuable subject, the school are willing to look at a permanent contract at the end of the contract period.
This position will be full time and pay will be scaled to MPS. As one of our favourite partnership schools, a candidate can expect to have a wonderful time there, and be treated with the respect the profession deserves.
The schools ethos is that 'we aim to achieve excellence in all aspects of school life through high quality teaching and learning, a creative and challenging curriculum, and an ethos of support, in order to develop independent learners who are well prepared for the next stage of their lives'. We would love to hear from members of staff who share these ideals, looking to provide a well rounded education to the students in their care.
